Class Purchase Policies
Dance Solutions Class Purchase Policies
Effective Date: February 2026
1. Single Class Drop-In ($18)
- Access Type: Valid for either (1) Live Virtual Workshop or (1) 24-Hour Tutorial Rental.
- Expiration: * Live Class: Valid only for the specific date and time selected at registration.
- Tutorial Rental: Access expires exactly 24 hours after the access code is first activated.
- Refunds: Non-refundable. If you miss a live workshop, you may request to convert your credit into a 24-hour tutorial rental within 48 hours of the missed class.
2. 5-Class Flex Pass ($80) & 10-Class Power Pack ($145)
- Usage: Credits can be used for any standard Live Workshop or Premium Masterclass.
- Expiration: All credits must be used within 90 days of the date of purchased. Unused credits will be forfeited and cannot be extended.
- Transferability: Class packs are assigned to a single dancer profile and are non-transferable and non-sharable between students.
- Cancellation Policy: To retain your credit, you must "un-register" from a live class at least 2 hours before the start time. Late cancellations or "no-shows" will result in the automatic deduction of one credit from your pack.
3. General Terms & Conditions (All Plans)
- Technology Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a Zoom-compatible device. Dance Solutions is not responsible for connectivity issues on the user's end.
- Liability: By purchasing any plan, the participant (or guardian) acknowledges the physical risks of dance and agrees to hold Dance Solutions and its instructions harmless from any injuries sustained during home practice.
- Content Protection: Recording of the live sessions or redistribution of tutorial links is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of your plan without a refund.
- Right to Reschedule: Dance Solutions reserves the right to reschedule live workshops due to instructors illness or technical emergencies. In such cases, a full credit or makeup date will be provided.
Subscription Plan Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for your recurring subscription. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience.
1. Subscription Overview
Your subscription provides a comprehensive hybrid dance and fitness experience. This includes:

On-Demand Access: Unlimited access to the library of pre-recorded video dance and workout classes.

Live Sessions: Access to all scheduled live online video classes.

Weekly Credits: Two (2) classes per week that can be used for either live online sessions or designated in-person classes.
2. Billing & Recurring Payments

Subscription Cycle: Your plan operates on a recurring monthly basis. Billing occurs on the same day each month (the "Renewal Date"), starting from the date your paid subscription begins.

Automatic Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted access, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the Renewal Date.

Payment Method: All payments are processed via the credit card or payment method on file. You are responsible for maintaining updated payment information.
3. Free Trial Terms

Duration: If applicable, new members may receive a complimentary trial period.

Transition to Paid Plan: At the conclusion of the trial period, your selected payment method will be charged the standard monthly rate unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires.

Eligibility: Free trials are limited to one per person/household.
4. Class Credits & Attendance

Weekly Credit Usage: The two "live or in-person" credits are issued at the start of each week (Monday).

No Rollover: Unused weekly credits do not roll over to the following week or month.

Cancellations: For in-person classes, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required to retain your credit. Failure to show or late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of that credit.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the website.

No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain full access to the platform and your remaining credits until the end of the current billing period.

Plan Changes: To upgrade or downgrade your plan, please contact support at least three business days before your next renewal.
6. Health & Liability Waiver
Notice: By participating in these dance and workout classes, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury. You represent that you are in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent your safe participation.
Dance Solutions is not responsible for any injuries sustained during online or in-person instruction. You are encouraged to consult with a physician before beginning any new fitness regimen.
7. Intellectual Property
All pre-recorded content and live instruction choreography are the exclusive property of Dance Solutions. Subscriptions grant a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only. Recording, distributing, or sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
